Be fair in term of remuneration

Teachers in DG41 scale need to be given better remuneration as compare to DGA32 and DGA34 0r DGA38 as they are in the graduate category. It is aweful in our system when graduate teachers who are very senior are given less pay than the junior and the non-graduate. I hope not all are possible even though we have the slogan "Malaysia Boleh". If anything is possible because we have this slogan, then our education system will be a laughing stock to many and others local or abroard.
